The mounting hardware is missing.

The hitch was delivered in a surprisingly short amount of time, which was a pleasant surprise. It arrived in excellent condition without any scratches. However, I was disappointed to find that the mounting hardware was missing from the package. Without the necessary bolts, I am unable to proceed with the installation. Additionally, I watched a mounting video that mentioned the need for a flat piece of metal and a piece of wire to assist with threading a bolt through the frame, but I have no idea where to find those items. I have reached out to the company and I am hoping for a prompt response and resolution to this issue.

It's a perfect fit for my 2017 Explorer.

My sons, aged 20 and 18, were able to install it in about an hour. It fits perfectly, and the plug-and-play harness connects directly to the light port. The value for the price is excellent, and the quality is high.
