I am VERY UNHAPPY with this product. It came as a kit to be assembled. However, it was short 3 essential parts and cannot be used. There were 2 of the part P7 and 1 of the part P6 missing. I have been trying for over 2 weeks for a resolution. I have pictures of the P6, but both of the P7 are missing. The P7 looks like a P6 and a P8 joined at the shafts. Without these parts, I can't even begin to assemble the unit. Therefore, it is hard to rate this purchase as anything but poor!
